Constant Current Fast Charging: When the voltage of the battery being charged is lower than the set value (12V battery pack ∠12V, 24V battery pack ∠24V), the charger charges the battery quickly with a maximum constant current.

Current Limiting: When the battery being charged is close to fully charged (12V battery pack ≥12V, 24V battery pack ≥24V), the charging current is automatically limited (characteristics shown in Figure 1, Constant Voltage Section).

Trickle Charge: When the voltage of the battery being charged reaches the float charge setting (approximately 13.8V for a 12V battery pack and approximately 27.6V for a 24V battery pack), it automatically switches to float charge mode, charging at a current of approximately 0.1–0.2A (the specific current depends on the power consumption of the powered device at that time).

Charging Stop: When the voltage of the battery being charged reaches the full charge setting (14V for 12V and 28V for 24V), the charging output is automatically shut off.

Overcurrent and Short Circuit Protection: This product features comprehensive overcurrent and short circuit protection. Due to its constant current characteristic, it will not be damaged even when the battery capacity is very large (extremely low internal resistance), the load is short-circuited, or the starter motor is started simultaneously during mains charging (in which case the starting current is very large, approaching a short circuit for the charger). Furthermore, because of this feature, the charger does not need to be disconnected when the battery is used as a starting power source.
