On September 16th, amidst the fervor of the 2025 Nantong Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Industry Exhibition, the Harbin Engineering University Alumni Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") was officially inaugurated at the Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center.

As a co-organizer of the Alliance's inaugural meeting, Fuchuang Power Control Technology (Qidong) Co., Ltd. was deeply involved in the preparation and execution throughout the entire process. With over 20 years of industry experience in marine power control, Fuchuang Power has built a product matrix covering the core aspects of marine power control, including the FJ4000 series marine control boxes, the FPSS series diesel engine monitoring instruments, the MPIS marine power control information system, and marine control handles. This provides solid technical and product support for its participation in industry collaboration and the implementation of service alliances.

Holding the rotating presidency flag, shouldering industrial responsibility

At a key moment of the conference, Mr. Shi Yuanqiang, Chairman of our company, was appointed as the first rotating executive chairman of the alliance (chairman of the Yangtze River Delta Industrial Cluster Area Alliance), and received the alliance flag from Ms. Geng Jing, Assistant to the President of Harbin Engineering University. This is not only a recognition of Mr. Shi Yuanqiang's many years of deep cultivation in the field of marine power control, but also an affirmation of Fuchuang Power's philosophy of "empowering industry with technology and achieving a win-win future through cooperation".

In his speech, Chairman Shi Yuanqiang stated that in the coming year, as the rotating executive chairman unit, Fuchuang Power will join forces with the Yangtze River Delta branch alliance to promote the implementation of alliance activities through "exhibitions as a medium and market as a guide."

Mr. Shi Yuanqiang, Chairman of Fuchuang Power and an alumnus of Harbin Engineering University (Class of 1985), has led the industry for two decades, breaking foreign monopolies. He has also given back to his alma mater and supported the development of the university and its enterprises in various ways, practicing the school motto of "Great Engineering, Supreme Goodness." In this alumni journal, he fondly recalled his journey with the company and his enduring affection for his alma mater. The relevant highlights have been published in the third issue of the school's journal, *The Alumni of the Engineering School*. Resource Sharing, Win-Win Cooperation
Resource Sharing, Win-Win Cooperation
"Resource sharing and win-win cooperation" is not just a slogan, but an action taken on the very first day of the alliance's establishment. During the on-site signing ceremony, General Manager Shi Yuanqiang, representing Fuchuang Power, signed letters of intent for cooperation with seven alliance companies, including Beijing Noah Star, Harbin Shipbuilding Optoelectronics (Wuhan), and Beijing Likong Yuantong, focusing on four major areas: marine equipment R&D, technology transfer, market cooperation, and legal services.
Uniting for a Shared Future in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering
In the future, we will use the alliance as a link, integrating our own technology and experience in the field of power control into the alliance's development, and also working with more alumni companies and partners to cultivate the blue ocean of the "Three Seas" (shipbuilding, marine engineering, and marine technology) industry—because we deeply understand that the high-quality development of the shipbuilding and marine engineering industry is never a matter of a single company "fighting alone," but rather a matter of a group of people "moving forward side by side."

Uniting for a Shared Future in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering!
Looking forward to working with you to create a new blueprint for the shipbuilding and marine industry!
