Main functions

The FPSS7900 generator intelligent terminal integrates a smart charger, buzzer, emergency stop switch, power switch, and special function buttons. It also includes pre-drilled mounting holes for a gateway and an ESC. Employing dual 32-bit microprocessor technology, the intelligent terminal enables precise measurement of various parameters, setpoint adjustment, timing, and threshold setting. Most parameters can be adjusted from the front panel, and all parameters can be adjusted via a PC through USB or RS485 interfaces. Its compact structure, simple wiring, and high reliability make it widely applicable to various types of generator set automation systems. The FPSS7910 intelligent terminal is suitable for single-unit automation; the FPSS7920 is suitable for AMF mains power detection and self-starting; the FPSS7950 is suitable for multi-generator parallel operation; and the FPSS7960 is suitable for automatic grid connection between generator and mains power. Among them, FPSS7910T/FPSS7920T/FPSS7950T-R/FPSS7960T-R are basic ESC controllers, while FPSS7910P-R/FPSS7920P/FPSS7950P-R/FPSS7960P-R are basic EFI controllers. The EFI controllers are controllers with an ECU interface. The "-R" designation indicates the addition of an RS485 monitoring interface to the original basic controller, and the "-4G" designation indicates the addition of cloud service functionality to the original basic controller, with a built-in 4G network communication module for remote start-up and shutdown control of the generator set; and remote monitoring of real-time data.
