FPSS8607 | G50 Parallel Intelligent Terminal

The FPSS8607-G50 parallel intelligent terminal adopts dual-chip 32-bit microprocessor technology, enabling control of both GOV and AVR. It can automatically synchronize and distribute load, and can be connected in parallel with generator sets equipped with other FPSS8607-G50 intelligent terminals. The intelligent terminal accurately monitors various operating states of the generator set. When the generator set malfunctions, it automatically disconnects from the busbar, shuts down the generator set, and displays a fault icon on the bottom line. The intelligent terminal has an SAE J1939 interface, allowing communication with various electronic fuel injection engine ECUs that also have a J1939 interface. It achieves precise measurement, setpoint adjustment, timing, and threshold setting functions for various parameters. The screen uses an array layout, allowing users to accurately locate corresponding items, parameter tables, and displayed values. The main page includes major categories of items, displays key parameters, and on/off status. At the bottom of the display, alarm items are categorized: engine, generator, and maintenance items, enabling precise location and detection of corresponding faults. The FPSS8607-G50 parallel intelligent terminal can be equipped with a built-in network communication module, enabling the generator set to connect to the Internet. After logging into the cloud server, the data information of the generator set is uploaded to the corresponding cloud server in real time. Users can monitor the generator set in real time and query the generator set's operating status and historical records through mobile APP, computer and other terminal devices. At the same time, the parallel intelligent terminal parameters can be configured through the cloud server, and the generator set's start-up, alarm and other curves can be viewed to facilitate understanding of the generator set's operating status.
