7. The enclosure should meet IP44 standards and be able to withstand splashes of water from any direction without harmful effects.

8. Communication methods: RS485, CAN bus.

9. The control box uses a 3.5-inch color LCD screen to display engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature, battery voltage, and engine running time. When overspeed warning, low oil pressure, high water temperature, high oil temperature, or high battery voltage occur, the control box will issue an audible and visual alarm. When overspeed shutdown, low oil pressure, or high water temperature occur, the control box will issue an audible and visual alarm and initiate an emergency engine shutdown.

10. The control box panel includes: start button, mute button, reset button, self-test button, stop button, speed adjustment knob, power switch, remote/local/automatic knob, idle/rated knob, emergency stop button, and heating knob.

11. The control box has a three-start failure alarm function. The three self-starting times are as follows: start time 7 seconds, interval time 8 seconds, and the three starts should be completed within 45 seconds. When the unit is in automatic mode, if the unit detects a main power failure (passive, normally open contacts provided by the ship's main switchboard, which operate when closed), the unit will automatically perform the following actions: start, increase speed, and issue a closing permission signal (passive, normally open contacts, which operate when closed). The time from the unit detecting the main power failure signal to outputting the closing permission signal should not exceed 45 seconds. When the unit detects that the main power has returned to normal, the unit will automatically perform the following actions: issue a trip signal, decrease speed, and stop after 120 seconds of cold running.

12. The control box is equipped with the following features: overspeed alarm extension, low oil pressure alarm extension, high water temperature alarm extension, high oil temperature alarm extension, power failure alarm extension, comprehensive alarm, operating signal extension, speed fine-tuning, emergency stop input, remote start input, remote stop input, and remote idle/rated speed interface.

13. One RS485 communication interface and one backup power input interface are provided externally.
