As the actuator of the electronic speed control system, the actuator's output rod is connected to the oil pump rack. The controller controls the input current of the actuator to achieve different stroke outputs of the output rod. The output rod and the oil pump rack are linked to control the oil pump injection quantity. Main functions include:

1. Injection Quantity Control: Based on the principle of electromagnetism, the actuator drive mechanism receives a corresponding drive current controlled by the controller's speed, achieving proportional control of the oil pump rack stroke.

2. Fuel Quantity Limiting: Adjusting the zero oil level position of the output rod ensures the starting fuel quantity requirements of different models; the actuator has an external stop handle, which can be adjusted to limit the maximum fuel quantity.
