A07A | Electromagnetic actuator

The A07A, as the actuator in an electronically controlled speed system, connects the actuator's output rod to the oil pump rack. The controller controls the input current of the actuator to achieve different strokes of the output rod. The output rod and the oil pump rack work together to control the oil pump's injection quantity. Main functions include:

1. Injection Quantity Control. The actuator drive mechanism, based on the principle of electromagnetism, receives a corresponding drive current controlled by the controller's speed, achieving proportional control of the oil pump rack's stroke.

2. Oil Quantity Limiting. Adjusting the zero oil level position of the output rod ensures the starting oil quantity requirements for different models; the actuator has an external stop handle, which can be adjusted to limit the maximum oil quantity.
