Suitable for precise fuel level measurement in the fuel tank of a silent generator set base; Provides 0.5V to 4.5V voltage signal output, enabling sensor fault diagnosis;
Non-contact position measurement, featuring high reliability and long lifespan; High measurement accuracy, usable for calculating generator set fuel consumption rate;
Features a mechanical pointer gauge for fuel level indication; Customizable measurement stroke, suitable for fuel tanks from 125 to 670 mm; Adjustable float buoyancy to prevent float movement jamming;
The fuel level sensor is installed above the fuel tank to detect the fuel level. This sensor features a redundant design, with outputs including a mechanical pointer output and an analog output. When the fuel level changes, the float rises or falls accordingly, transmitting the data to the pointer via a crank mechanism; the mechanical pointer output is proportional to the fuel level. When the fuel level changes, the float rises or falls accordingly, transmitting the data to the position sensor via a linkage mechanism. After circuit board debugging, it outputs a standard 0.5-4.5V output; the analog output is proportional to the fuel level.
