Overview
GEC6500 Standalone Self-Starting Generator Set Controller

·The GEC6500 IoT-based generator set controller is used for the automation and monitoring of single diesel generator sets, realizing automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection, and "three-remote" functions for conventional generator sets. The controller uses a color LCD graphic display that can display Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, and French. It is simple to operate and reliable in operation.

·The GEC6500 IoT-based generator set controller adopts 32-bit microprocessor technology, realizing precise measurement of various parameters, setpoint adjustment, timing, and threshold setting functions. Most parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, and all parameters can be monitored and adjusted using a PC via the module's 485 interface or USB interface. Its compact structure, simple wiring, and high reliability make it widely applicable to various types of generator set automation systems.

The GEC6500 IoT-based generator controller can connect to a cloud monitoring communication module via RS485, enabling the generator set to access the internet. After logging into the cloud server, it uploads the generator set's data to the corresponding cloud server in real time. Users can monitor the generator set in real time and query its operating status, historical records, and configure controller parameters via mobile apps, computers, and other terminal devices. They can also view the generator set's start-up and alarm curves for easy understanding of the unit's operating status. Users can connect via Wi-Fi to view curves for fault diagnosis; users can also connect via Wi-Fi and modify calibration in the Wi-Fi-APP, which is simple and quick. If users are unsure how to modify calibration, service personnel can assist with remote calibration.
