The Fuchuang Special Box Factory Intelligent Equipment Workshop Industry Partner Open Day event, held on April 24th and 25th, successfully concluded. We extend our sincerest gratitude to all industry partners who took the time to attend.

This event eschewed redundant demonstrations, offering a fully transparent and open view of the entire production process and complete technology chain. From raw material acceptance and high-precision intelligent manufacturing to comprehensive performance testing of finished products, it presented a panoramic view of the entire product lifecycle intelligent manufacturing process, fully embodying the production philosophy of "quality, efficiency, and lean manufacturing."

Controlling from the source, building a solid foundation for quality. In the raw material storage area, all incoming sheet metal, profiles, and pipes undergo rigorous acceptance, verification, random inspection, and registration. Only materials whose material properties, specifications, and mechanical properties fully comply with the drawings and standards are allowed to enter the production line, preventing substandard products from entering at the source. At the processing front end, high-precision CNC laser cutting machines achieve a blanking accuracy within ±0.1mm, fully automatic pipe cutting machines achieve a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm/m, and CNC bending machines stably control bending accuracy within ±0.5°, providing standardized, high-precision blanks for subsequent processes and firmly safeguarding the first line of defense for product dimensional consistency.

Using intelligent welding to forge a robust structural core. As a key component for core product performance, we have developed a fully automated welding system: Fully automated welding equipment increases welding efficiency by more than three times, achieving standardized control over weld precision and consistency; a dedicated automatic corrugated welding machine is precisely adapted for welding corrugated reinforcement structures in high-end products, significantly improving the structural components' resistance to deformation and load-bearing capacity; a dual-station, ultra-large-scale whole-component welding platform, coupled with professional tooling fixtures and experienced welders, ensures both the structural strength and dimensional accuracy of large components, while also enabling flexible production of batch orders to meet the customized needs of different customers.

We safeguard delivery standards through end-to-end quality control. We have built a closed-loop quality control system that runs through the entire production process: a fully automated shot blasting pretreatment process to remove rust, scale, and strengthen the surface of workpieces, fundamentally solving the problems of rust and coating peeling; an environmentally friendly fully automated spray booth combined with a constant temperature drying room to strictly implement standardized coating processes, balancing product aesthetics with long-term corrosion and rust prevention capabilities, while achieving green production with a comprehensive waste gas treatment system; a spray testing room and a comprehensive performance testing center to conduct full-dimensional simulated working condition tests on product waterproofing, electrical performance, structural strength, and operational stability. Only products that fully pass the tests can enter the finished product storage area and be finally delivered to the customer.

During the visit and exchange, the partners fully affirmed the factory's lean layout, automated production lines, and end-to-end quality control system, and also offered many valuable suggestions. We cherish and remember every bit of recognition and suggestion.
