Project Overview
The core requirement of this project was the construction of a new 30MW diesel power plant and its seamless grid connection with the existing power grid. The unit needed to operate continuously for 12 hours to ensure the 30MW capacity requirement was met. We provided not only hardware equipment but also a comprehensive system solution, including site visits, client communication, system design, installation and commissioning, and subsequent operation and maintenance support.

1. Comprehensive System Solution
Through in-depth site visits and close communication with the client, we provided a customized system solution. This includes detailed layout diagrams, electrical system diagrams, and an advanced cloud service platform. Our solution enables single-unit voltage boosting and grid connection, while meeting safety requirements under complex conditions such as transformer fault shutdowns and islanded shutdowns. Furthermore, we provide overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, and short-circuit protection to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power station.
2. Remote Control and Real-time Monitoring
We equipped this project with remote control functionality, allowing the customer to control the start and stop of all units via a mobile app or webpage. The system also provides alarm notifications, enabling the customer to monitor the unit's operating status and data in real time. This remote management capability significantly improves the power station's operational efficiency and response speed.
3. Customized Services
For the specific needs of overseas users, we provide a fully English operating interface, including controllers, cloud services, mobile apps, and circuit breakers. In addition, we provide English versions of instruction manuals and drawings to ensure that overseas users can use and maintain the equipment without obstacles. 4. Maintenance Recommendations and Reminders
To ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, our controller has a built-in maintenance strategy. The system will promptly remind users when maintenance is required, helping them to perform necessary maintenance work in a timely manner, thereby ensuring the safe and healthy operation of the equipment.
