Applications
>>>The heating element casing is manufactured through precision die-casting aluminum, offering strong corrosion resistance and low-temperature endurance.
The heater is equipped with an additional protective cover to prevent burns.
Both the internal heating tube and the sealed end cap are made of stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion.
At the lowest end of the heating element, there is a sealed drain valve for use when necessary.
The control unit utilizes a microprocessor for measurement and control, capable of detecting input voltage and heating element current, providing anti-dry burn and overheat protection functions.
Temperature sampling is conducted with a PT100 sensor, and the temperature and operational status are displayed on a color LCD screen. The coolant temperature can be set via the control panel.
The circulation pump and the heating element are controlled separately; the pump is activated before heating, and the heating element is activated with a 60-second delay. Once the set temperature is reached, the heating element is disconnected first, followed by the pump after an additional 60 seconds, to prevent heat concentration and extend the pump's lifespan.
Communication methods include one CAN bus communication, one RS485 communication, and USB communication.
The product is equipped with a manual test function, allowing for testing of the heating element and pump for normal operation via panel buttons.
Advantages
>>>The engine coolant heater is a device specifically designed to protect and optimize the performance of internal combustion engines in low-temperature environments. Its main purposes include: ensuring cold starts, reducing engine wear, protecting the engine, and providing quick response.
